FIESTA DE LA VIRGEN DEL CARMEN - Paucartambo - 15 de julio (July 15th)
La celebración empieza a las 6.00 am con el saludo a la Virgen del Carmen por el prioste (devoto responsable de la fiesta). Al medio día, él mismo empieza la festividad con el encendido de 12 cohetes desde el cargo wasi (lugar de reunión del devoto encargado de la fiesta) y el saludo de los albazos con camaretazos y repique de campanas. Inmediatamente ingresan los Maq'tas por el puente Carlos III, la plaza principal y llegan a las puertas del templo.
